Each discipline has a query: 10 of 10 from the faculty's expert review (topics, categories and search terms). Research and preprints come from the newest records of each source within the dates you choose; the most cited view ranks the last two years by citations; the trend counts works per week in OpenAlex over 26 weeks.
Freshness: live sources answer in your browser, at most once per discipline every thirty minutes (kept in this browser only). Sources that do not allow browser requests come from the Academy's relay when it runs, or from the snapshot built every day. When a source is down or rate limited, the others continue and the snapshot fills the gap, with the source and date on every item.
Honesty: items are listed as their sources publish them; the Academy does not review them or rank them by quality, and shows titles, sources and dates only. Some sources are left out under the Academy's editorial rules.
Nexus Reports is the Consortium's quarterly publication. What you know about this subject can become evidence, a case or a correction in the next edition, credited to you and published under CC BY 4.0 where it is your own work.
