What it shows, consent and how
What a record shows, and what it does not
- The course, its version and the date it was completed.
- That every assessed activity of that course was passed.
- Not competence in practice, which also rests on experience and supervision beyond any course.
The learner decides
Achievements and records are visible to the learner and to no one else until the learner opts in. A check from someone other than the learner goes ahead only with the learner’s agreement; without it, the reply confirms nothing about the person.
How to ask
Use the record check form with the details shown on the record. The request is recorded with a reference. Learners can also share a record themselves from their dashboard.
