Guides and policies.
Every guide, policy, declaration and checklist of Academy Capability, published by Risk Academy, grouped by who needs it. Learning and workforce capability: competencies, completions, practicum outcomes and gaps, in aggregate only.
What Academy Capability asks of you.
The capability of the workforce that manages the risks in scope: the competencies needed, what learning and practicum show, and where the gaps are. Reported in aggregate only; no learner record is published. Read the guides below with this remit in mind; Risk Academy decides what it takes.
Academy Capability takes:
- Learning outcomes from a course or programme, in aggregate
- Competency evidence from a role, a profession or a framework
- Practicum results, with the brief they answered
- A gap between the competencies needed and those taught
Its reading role is capability reading (new). Contributions reach it through the form reports.contribution.ra, and its records are deposited in the Zenodo community nexusreports-ra.
