Law and Regulation
Compliance and regulatory change, taught twice over: as the working methods of the field and as its frontier since 2024, with labs on the Academy's tools, open data and the Nexus Standards.
This area covers compliance risk management and how organisations track and respond to new and changing rules: compliance programmes, regulatory horizon scanning, data protection obligations, disclosure duties and the conformity of products and services with standards.
Regulatory change management needs to reset project timelines without discarding preparatory work that may still be required. Publications Office of the European Union (EUR-Lex), Directive (EU) 2025/794 amending Directives (EU) 2022/2464 and (EU) 2024/1760, 16 April 2025
